Our COVID-19 Protocols

Throughout the pandemic, we have implemented and continue to re-evaluate and improve best practices to protect our patients and staff.

Our current protocols include:

• Symptom screening at patient check-in

• Rapid COVID and Influenza antigen testing office for symptomatic patients

  • Patient’s who are positive for COVID or Influenza will have a telehealth appointment. This can be done in the clinic or if they prefer, they can wait at home for the visit. Medications can be picked up at Su Clínica del Valle or sent to a pharmacy.

• Vitals are taken in the exam room and all equipment is properly sanitized between patients

• Doctors and medical assistants wear personal protective equipment into the exam rooms.

• Masks are available to all patients. Patients who have symptoms may be asked to wear a mask while in the clinic.
